USPhoneBook lets people search by name or phone number. Third-party guides say its profiles can show names, aliases, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and relatives. Removal affects USPhoneBook only.

How this guide was checked: we could not open this site's own opt-out page from our systems. The steps below come from third-party guides (Incogni, AllAboutCookies and DeleteMe) updated between July and September 2026, and we kept only the steps that more than one guide describes. Those publishers sell removal services, so treat them as a cross-check, not an official source. Where the guides differ, we say so. Follow the live prompts if the site looks different.

Before you start

Search USPhoneBook for your name and phone number and note every listing that is yours. A guide from AllAboutCookies says one request covers one record, so a listing under a different name, middle initial or old address needs its own request. Matching also works better when your details are close to what the listing shows.

How to remove yourself from USPhoneBook

1Open the removal form

Use the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link in the USPhoneBook footer, or go to usphonebook.com/removal. Two guides name that form directly, and a third reaches it through the footer link.

2Enter your details and email address

Give the name and email address the first form asks for and complete the CAPTCHA. One guide recommends a temporary email address, because contacting brokers can lead to marketing mail.

3Click the confirmation link within 24 hours

USPhoneBook emails a confirmation link, usually within a few minutes. Two guides say it expires after 24 hours, and you must start over if it does. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

4Complete the second form

The link opens a second form that identifies your record. One guide says first name, last name, city, state, ZIP and email are required, and that date of birth, phone and street address are optional but make matching easier. Another guide lists name, address and phone number. Enter details as they appear on the listing.

5Submit and save the confirmation

Submit the form and take a screenshot or note the date. Two guides report removal within about 72 hours, and a third says 3 days or less.

Removal is one half of the job. Check whether your email has leaked as well.

If USPhoneBook refuses the request

AllAboutCookies reports that a request from someone in a state without a comprehensive privacy law can be rejected. Its suggested options are to file an appeal through the privacy rights form on usphonebook.com, to call USPhoneBook on 888-747-4095 (a number two guides list) or to try again later, since state laws change. AllAboutCookies says replying to the rejection email does not start an appeal.

What to expect afterwards

Clear your browser cache before you recheck, because saved pages can look out of date. Guides say USPhoneBook collects new public records on a rolling basis, so a listing can return weeks or months later. If it does, submit the form again. See what to do when removed information keeps reappearing and why removed information can still appear in search results.

Keep going

Removing one listing does not remove the same details from other sites. Continue with How to Remove Yourself From People-Search Sites and use how to find yourself on people-search sites to find the rest.
